Delivering Pride of Place
Delivering the new LAA (2008-2011)
As the accountable body for the Local Area Agreement, East Sussex County Council is responsible for making sure the LAA is delivered on time and within budget.
Day-to-day delivery of the LAA is co-ordinated by Indicator Leads from a number of organisations, responsible for particular performance indicators. Each performance indicator will have a delivery plan, setting out the activities that will take place and the organisations involved in delivering those activities.
A project team, made up of the Indicator Leads and Performance Officers oversees the delivery of the new LAA.

Anyone interested or involved in delivering the new LAA is invited to comment on the draft delivery plans by returning the feedback form below.
