Delivering Pride of Place

Delivering the new LAA (2008-2011)

Managing the LAA

As the accountable body for the Local Area Agreement, East Sussex County Council is responsible for making sure the LAA is delivered on time and within budget.

Day-to-day delivery of the LAA is coordinated by Indicator Leads from a number of organisations, who are responsible for particular performance indicators. Each performance indicator will have a delivery plan, setting out the activities that will take place and the organisations involved in delivering those activities.

A project team, made up of the Indicator Leads and Performance Officers, oversees the delivery of the new LAA.

Progress

Every quarter ESSP prepares a Performance Report on the progress it has made in delivering the LAA:

- View the latest Performance Report
- View the set of case studies being produced to highlight particular successes

Delivery Plans

Each Indicator Lead has developed a delivery plan for each of the National Indicators they are responsible for. Anyone interested or involved in delivering the new LAA is invited to comment on the delivery plans by returning the feedback form.

All are in Acrobat PDF format:
