Apply now for an East Sussex Children's Fund small grant
Are you a voluntary or community sector organisation? If so, you could get a Children's Fund small grant of between £500 and £2,000. This scheme is open to: voluntary and community sector organisations only
projects working with children aged 5-13 and their families
organisations with an annual maximum income of £25,000 per _ year.
You can find all the details about the Children's Fund Small Grants Scheme and apply for a grant by downloading the attached grants application form. Closing date for all applications is Friday 13 June 2008.
Conference 19 June - Key Issues in Reducing Teenage Pregnancy - A Multi Agency Approach
This conference is for all agencies working with young people to raise awareness of local and national issues arround teenage pregnancy. It aims to help delegates identify how they can support young people to make informed choices about pregnancy.
Simon Blake, Director of Brook Advisory Service will be the main speaker. There will also be information on local good practice and demonstrations of partnership working.

Common Assessment Framework (CAF) training workshops update
New CAF training dates for June and July are now available to download here.
CAF Training is for all practitioners who work in services that support children, young people and their families. CAF is increasingly used by practitioners and services as an assessment and referral tool.
