Covenant Fund grant

The Government's national Covenant Fund grant has £10 million each year to support the Armed Forces Covenant by funding projects that address specific priorities. 

The funding priorities for April 2017 to March 2018 are:
  • Families in stress
  • Strengthening local government delivery of the covenant
  • Armed Forces Covenant: local grants
  • A single grant to produce a map of need for the Covenant Fund
  • A single grant to produce and outcomes framework for the Covenant Fund

    There are different eligibility rules and timescales for each of the priorities. Further details including information on each priority and guidance documents can be found at
