Copyright for contribution
Where you submit any contribution to East Sussex Strategic Partnesrhip (including but not limited to photographs or text) you agree to grant East Sussex Strategic Partnership a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative work from, distribute, perform, play and exercise all copyright with respect to your contribution worldwide.
East Sussex Strategic Partnership is also granted the right to incorporate your contribution in any other works in any media known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the East Sussex County Council privacy policy.
Your contribution, including works derived from or incorporating your contribution, may be published under the Open Government Licence.
If you do not want to grant to East Sussex Strategic Partnership the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to East Sussex Strategic Partnership.
By submitting your contribution to East Sussex Strategic Partnership, you guarantee that your contribution is:
